Printer is also leaking a lot of oil. I called
Xerox for a technician to come out.

Chris called saying that printer, WOU# 20120048[Edit Inv] 
HL Ref West (the last one on the left side) 
keeps on saying paper jam error. However it 
sounds like the printer is having problems 
grabbing the paper. There is clear liquid under 
the printer, which Chris think its from the 
maintenance kit sponge. He is available at 2 if 
you want him there when the printer is being 
worked on.
