Hi there,

I have a Mac laptop that has been having some 
issues for a while but I had not had time to 
get a request in. Below are the details:

Location: WUC 121A
Number: 20090868[Edit Inv]

Issue #1: The first issue is that there is a CD 
in the drive that cannot be ejected. I have 
tried clicking for it to eject on various 
occasions but it just spins and makes some 
weird sounds. Eventually I gave up and figured 
I would address it at a later time since it 
didn't seem like a significant issue. 


Issue #2: After leaving it on my desk for about 
a week I tried turning it on to use it and it 
never got past the white screen. I made sure it 
was fully charged, restarted a couple times but 
ultimately it never loaded.
