I went down and talked to Thomas about the results
of his computer. He is getting a new one soon so
he doesn't want to do anything with this machine.

Did a diagnostics scan and results came back with
Faulty Hard Drive and the battery is reaching the
end of its usable life.

When he removes the laptop from the docking 
station the laptop powers off.  He said he has to 
power it back on and log back in each time he 
removes it.
