Gave her back the ipad, she will replace it 
through her department.

Resetting did not work, Like i thought it is a 
hardware issue. She will have to pick it up from 
SRD and talk to her department to get it replaced. 
Sadly it is not under warranty.

Her ipad screen is shakey, but everything else
works fine.  She would like to see if there's
anything we can do to fix it. It is no longer
under warranty.

Can someone please pick it up from her office?
