So as she is a faculty member she will need print
credit to print on other printer, so I took a
loaner for her, but the printer over there was
working fine now. we did some test print and it
printed fine no issues. I have told her if the
printers giving error again we will swap the
printer with the loaner.

also told her she can print on the other printers
in other rooms in the second floor.

wants to know if there is another way she can 
print in the mean time.

Xerox cannot send a tech to work on this machine, it 
will have to be worked on next week when Shandelle and 
Megan come back.

Hi There,

Our color printer in the DFSC copy room is 
down.  This is the Xerox Color Cube (20121145).  
It tries to do its warm up, but then makes some 
terrible noises and give an error code of 
91,720.00:68880.  It then completely shuts off.  
You have to unplug it and replug it in to get 
it to turn on again.

I will really need to make color prints on 
Thursday and Friday of this week.  Can this be 
fixed by then?  or do you have an alternative 
for printing?  (ie. could I print temporarily 
to one of the lab printers in DFSC?)
