Zach reinstalled Firefox yesterday.
 
This morning I was trying to associate file 
types with apps and received ¿script on page 
busy¿ error. Circle kept circling ¿ page busy. 
Obviously not fixed.
 
I have a ton of stuff to do this morning and am 
leaving about 12 noon. I will work through the 
problems as best I can. Please don¿t come 
before that but I will leave my machine on if I 
know Zach or someone can come this afternoon.

SFC did not work for some reason so I will run 
chkdsk again to make sure all errors on disk are 
resolved

Completely wiped out firefox with revo and 
ccleaner. It is completely fresh now. If there is 
a continuing problem, it is unlikely to be 
anything to do with firefox. Ryp and I also went 
through and checked to see there was no weird 
programs installed that were effecting it, and we 
advised Jan to stay away from a few javascript-
heavy sites for a while to see if they are causing 
the issue.

Malwarebytes came up clean. Running in safe mode 
avoided the errors, so I updated all her extensions 
(java and shockwave were dangerously out of date!) 
and told her I'd check once more later in the day.

She is available today until 2:30

1)      The problems of yesterday have not been 
resolved (updating Firefox and Windows did not 
help). Screen is freezing, scrolling stops, 
same error message (attached), Outlook frozen 
(not even sure I¿ll be able to finish this 
email.

2)      New keyboard is awful. May I have one 
like I had before OR bring back my keyboard. I 
don¿t think it was the problem.

I have also gotten an error about a flash
something or other not installing or running while
I¿m in the browser.

I am getting errors, mostly when I am in Firefox
but it also happened about 20 minutes ago in
Excel. This errorhas come up often and then the
screen freezes. Comes back and freezes again.
