Checked again, still no issues. Will close until he 
has an issue again.

He wasn't there but on his computer, even with 
lots of google chrome windows and banner open, CPU 
usage was at 0-1%. System idle process was 99% 
too, meaning his CPU was 99% free.

He said he was deleting svchost.exe process, which 
is not good at all as those are needed by windows. 
I will go back to speak with him at 2:00.

CPU usage is pretty high
In idle it is at 25%
no programs running
