Re: Printer Issue Request

Hello,

The Center for Academic Innovation is having 
continued issues with our color printer. There 
is an error code that is displayed, so the 
printer will not print. The waste tray is 
clean, but we still cannot get the error code 
to resolve. We have immediate need to utilize 
this printer, so could your office send over a 
tech to ITC 204 when they have availability?
