name was changed to something really weird, so i 
changed it back and it worked

Called saying she is having the problem again. 

Went over earlier and let them know the situation, the 
computer is still working so i'll close this

We can't do much until we figure out the port issue, i 
will call her tomorrow and ask if she is okay just 
using the working port for now.

Went over and they said switching ports worked, but 
they want to make sure only one is enabled so they dont 
have to pay any extra. Sent paul an email asking him to 
check this quickly

Same thing is happening on her computer again. She 
will not be there from 12-1, but someone will be 
there at all times, so feel free to stop by 
anytime.
