I keep getting this dialog box whenever I open 
Outlook and whenever I do send/receive or send 
an email. Outlook is constantly getting hung up 
as it tries to close and I think this is the 
culprit. The solution by techs so far is to 
basically ¿hide¿ the problem instead of 
resolving it. This problem is keeping me from 
shutting down and walking away from the 
machine. I always have to wait until it tells 
me that Outlook can¿t close and then I have to 
Force the program to close.

My computer continues to have problems. For the
last two nights it has not shut down. It keeps
waiting for Outlook to close (even though I closed
it) and that is keeping it from shutting down.
Also, even though I switched from Firefox to
Chrome, the browser continues to have problems
with pages freezing or in bringing up a page at
all. Additionally, the speaker on the monitor
stopped working so the last technician turned on
the speaker on the CPU but it is poorly placed and
is hard to hear some voicemail .wav files.

 

I am here all day today until about 4 pm.
