The printer is powered directly to the wall, not
to a power supply.
The printer is not even in sleep mode.
It completes froze and we can hit any button in
the printer. 
If we restart the printer it will start to work again.

I restarted it so they can work on it for now.

If at possible can the printer be fixed? I spoke
with our administrator, and we have another
printer/copier coming soon. Therefore, we wouldn't
necessarily need an alternative printer.

Good Morning,

This is another request for the Center for
Academic Innovation printer to be serviced. We
need to request a possible replacement (or loaner)
if possible. After the printer goes to sleep it
will not wake up. No one in the office is able to
print to it again. We don't have any functional
printers in the office at this point. Can you
please send a UCS representative when they have
availability?
