Peter,

The UCS Tech performing your new laptop Setup on
Service Request 60794 has indicated to me that you
have requested to keep your iMac desktop.

I will make the notation in our campus Inventory
to mark W#20120648(iMac desktop) as EXEMPT from
future replacement or maintenance.
 If the hardware fails, UCS will not be
responsible for repair or maintenance of this
equipment.  The W#20141270( Apple MacBook Air 13.3
Laptop) will be marked as your primary station. 
If you decide down the road you no longer want
desktop iMac station, you can either call the
Service Request Desk at (503)838-8925 or email
them at UCShelpdesk@wou.edu and ask that it be
taken away.

This is on shelf by inventory counter in ITC008 
W#20141270[Edit Inv] Macbook Air laptop is to replace iMac
desktop W#20120648[Edit Inv]. He has travel plans at the end
of the month and would like to receive the laptop
as soon as possible(before he leaves).  If he asks
to keep the desktop, let me know so I can email
him to discuss how the iMac would be EXEMPT for
repair or replacement in the future.
