Hello,

Can you please send a tech to the Center for 
Academic Innovation when they have 
availability? 

Our printer is not waking up again, and we have 
to unplug it and let it cycle before it works 
again. Shandelle had said that if it did this 
again, they would have to move the printer to a 
new location and turn on a port in our office.
