Johnathan can you please go down tomorrow and
reset the fuser on this machine. I replaced the
whole maintenance kit but they had to leave before
I could reset it.

To reset:
1. Press Menu then #
2.Enter in 1934 then OK
3. Scroll down to diagnostics
4. Click on HSIS
5. Scroll down to rollers & fuser reset

Reset the rollers and fuser:)

There are no error messages popping up, but the
printing quality is pretty bad.  We have several
examples we can show you of the print quality.

One of our printers, Buffy, is having some issures...

We just replaced the toner and drum cartridges,
but there must be another issue.
