I called Piper and she said that she contacted the company 
and they said that they should be able to click past the 
screen to the program. She says that they have not had any 
problems yet while doing this.

Installed the software but it needs:
Licence Number & Sales Order Number.

It's not on T: Drive, Piper doesn't have it nor
does Tricia.
We looked at the microscope. It was ordered by 
Jeffrey Templeton. Service Request Ticket - # 50232
Looking at the SR looks like he should have the
DVD where the licence number should be. I
contacted Piper and let her know.

Installed the software in the instructor station.
It just needs the licencing.

Hi Dave or other UCS folks,

I think after the last reimaging, some of our
software was not reloaded onto the front/
instructor computer station in NS 202. It is WOU #
20070966[Edit Inv]. 

It looks like we may need to have the Leica
software reinstalled-- I can't find it on this
computer, and I'm trying to download it myself
right now, but I don't know if it will open for
another user when I'm logged off.

Here is what was on #20070966[Edit Inv] previously:

    Leica Application Suite V4; LAS Macro editor,
LAS V4.1 Release notes, LAS V4.1, Documents, LAS
License Activation & Registration, Utilities
    Leica Digital Cameras; DFC Twain Release

Here are the download instructions I received from
the vendor, for accessing their FTP download site:

Please let me know once you have it reloaded so I
can test it out with our camera before students
need to use it.

Hi Megan,
I'm resending my message from last year, as the
same thing happened this time around during the
summer reimaging of computers.

The front station computer in room 202 of Nat Sci
(#20070966) had some specialty software to allow
it to interface with our fluorescence microscope,
which did not get reloaded during the imaging this
summer.

It is the Leica Application Suite V.4, the LAS
Macro editor & associated software. It looks like
the DFC camera driver may be loaded, but won't
work without the Leica Suite.

Can you please send someone over ASAP to look into
this?

I have microscope technicians on campus today &
tomorrow, and I would like to have them able to
use the interface with the computer to make sure
everything's working correctly.
