Delivered and setup Mac. Everything is working great.

I was able to fix this machine with a re-image.
Installed Adobe C6 onto it and everything seems to
be working great on it. Delivering the machine
back to them today.

Hello,

I had a question about a loaner mac that is
located in the MSSP Office. We have had this
loaner mac for over a month now and we have not
received any updates as far as getting our old mac
repaired. Someone did tell me they would email
Anna with how much a new mac would cost/how much
it would be to repair the old one.

Here are the issues we have been having:
1) Connecting to the I Drive. A message appears
stating that they don't have access to it.
2) Sometimes the computer disconnects with the
printer and when they try to re-connect to it, it
won't allow them.

Our Service Reference number is 60910 and the
computer we have is 20101405[Edit Inv].

Please keep me updated.

Hello, 

We received a loaner MAC computer for the MSSP 
office, WUC 212, during the summer and I was 
wondering what our options are for getting our 
old one fixed or getting a new computer for our 
office.

A student was working on the computer and the
screen went grey. After the screen went grey there
was a folder in the middle of the screen and it
started to blink
