It was a bad toner. Order new one and installed
it. Magenta is full now.

The magenta toner is bad just like their black 
toner, so the cyan and yellow toner is probably 
bad too. Cara is now in charge of ordering toner 
so she is the new contact.

Student worker has changed the toner once the
printer said it was low. However, once she changed
it the printer did not recognize that the toner
was replaced.
