Delivery complete, everything is working. I 
left his old laptop with him for a few days, 
just in case his new one does not work 
correctly. I will email him about retrieving 
the old laptop next week

Started exporting photos directly from iphoto to 
an external drive. Will check back at 9:30

Need to go over in 30 minutes to look at iphoto on 
his computer. Transferring the files before was 
not working out very well, so I will start the 
migration of photos from scratch.

Outlook and Mail are having serious issues, 
Photos is not importing files correctly, and 
his account logs in without any name. Brought 
back to the office to do troubleshooting, its 
on Shandelle's desk

I have his computers hooked up using Tricia's 
firewire cable. The transfers are running 
overnight, it looks like 100gb or more of files 
need to be moved. We will come back at 8:30 to 
check on the progress

Location is RWEC 245. He has a lot of files on 
his old computer, too many to transfer to H: 
drive. So he wants to connect the old and new 
machine and do the transfer directly. He asked 
that we do the set up at 4:00 today so that the 
transfer can run overnight.
