I did troubleshoot the issue,check the page-setup
and printer preference. It is still printing
small. i updated the browser if that could solve
the issue but the issue still persist. I logged in
with my credentials, apparently i could print
fine, then i use the settings on my desktop to
compare with his and the are the same thing. 

I did windows update and scan his computer for
virus due to a suspicious malware on his chrome.
after which i could print with his chrome browser
and internet explorer fine. now i set him up on
chrome and explorer.

Kevin called saying that his emails are printing 
small and he does not know how to fix it. He is 
available now. The printer he is printing to is 
physical plant on krusty and it is the copier.
