Fan is stable and I have returned it to Jessica.

I did series on test on the laptop to confirm the
status of the fun. It appears to be doing great. I
put 100% load on the CPU and the fan works great
without making noise.

When the laptop is running the fan is running 
really loud, like it is over working. It 
started running loud earlier this week.

she is going to give the laptop to him to bring 
back to office.
