He was having an issue with Finder. It used to
freeze all the time and he has to go to force quit
and relaunch it. Not only Finder his mac was
freezing frequently on everything. He was also
using 10.9.5 on 2013 mac. The OS was also very old
so I reimaged it. H saved his files in dropbox. 

The one thing I forgot was to save his favourites.

Special software's were Acrobat and SPSS. 

I finished everything then Shandell gave it to
Kevin, he came to pick it up. 
Told Shandell to give him admin rights.

DONE!!

Kevin called saying that Finder on his Mac is 
not working properly. An example of what is 
happening is when he clicks on his dropbox or 
google drive through Finder nothing is coming 
up. WOU# 20130551[Edit Inv]. HE is available today, 8/29 
from 10-12:30
