Did two malware scans. First scan came out with 8
detected malware. Second scan came out clean.
Updated his machine and had him do a sophos scan
while he worked. 

Jackson called he is located in the Library 209. A 
virus popped up on his computer. He managed to 
shut down his computer but he would like a tech to 
come help him asap.
