Anti-Virus came out clean and so did the second
malware scan. Updated her machine, internet and
apple software.

Did a malware scan which came back with 335
malware. It is now doing a second malware scan
plus a virus scan. Letting that scan over night
and will be back in the morning to check the results

Chris was on Facebook and a blue screen popped 
up saying service malfunction on window 7, do 
not shut down computer. She is not able to exit 
out of the screen. Every time she tries the 
screen makes a beep noise. She is in the
