Firefox itself will not allow him to double side
print. If he double side prints from any other
browser it works and any program.

I showed him on Firefox how to preview in PDF
which allows him to print double sided.

He printed a transcript this morning and it 
would not print double sided.

A little while ago he printed a transcript and 
about 20 pages of code started to print.

He printed it again, and it wouldn't print 
double sided once again.

This is his personal printer in his office
