Had a bad driver. Installed new driver on krusty.

I went and did all the maintenance operations
through the printer and it didn't work. I
researched online that the faded black is a common
issue with this model. I left on your desk a step
by step guide that most people said fixed the issue.

new printer? W# is 2009???

Recently the new printer back in our office 
stopped printing black as black and prints it now 
as a kind of mottled gray, even surrounded by 
other intense colors that are printed perfectly. 
Could you help me with this?  For some people 
here it doesn't matter about this, but it does 
matter for me because of what I print and how it 
needs to look.
