Everything is installed and updated.  Nick is 
taking the computer over and hooking it up.

Priority changed from (3) Priority to (2) High Priority.

The install failed 3 times. Went all the way till
the end and failed.

Had some weird issue. 

Adobe CS 6, 2015, 2015.3, 2015.5 everything was
installed on that machine which wasn't there last
time I looked at it.


Removed everything and will install it tomorrow.
Right now it's copying the installation file from
T: Drive to the desktop.

Yes, that is the workstation.  And it's not
working anymore.  Everything icon on the dashboard
is a "?"

Ranjit can you get together with Deborah and see
what is going on here.  This is like the 3rd time
she has reported it in trial mode but when we
check on it seems to be fine.

Do you mean W#20091244?  This is an older Mac Pro
tower.  I had sent Ranjit over in early
September(SR#61168) to check on this and he
reported that it was working and not in trial mode
as it should be installed as a serialized package.
 I will re-open that service request and have him
check with you for what you are seeing with this
station.

This looks good.
I think a month back I went there and installed it
on that machine after uninstalling from the other one.

Deborah has no idea about it. I asked her to asked
Ryan as he was the one who called.

Deborah's student worker can also be a contact...
