Worked with Ranjit on this.  We ended up having 
to create a new Firefox profile.  Ranjit did an 
uninstall and reinstall but the printer was stuck 
in Landscape mode.  With the new profile it was 
printing properly again.

When printing email, it defaults to landscape.  
She would like to change this because its been 
a pain.  It used to work fine to print portrait 
with her old printer before moving to the new 
building.
