She didn't want it to be setup now as it will go
from class to class and they already have one
before so they know how to use it. She just opened
the box and made sure everything is there.

This is an advanced setup.

***This printer is capable of 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi
connectivity for printing from a computer or
mobile device. It can use direct printing options
such as Apple's AirPrint, PictBridge, Canon PRINT,
and Canon's SELPHY App to send images from your
devices, as well as an Access Point mode that
allows you to connect your device without needing
an external network. Also, there is a USB port and
memory card slot for using flash drives and SD
cards.***
This CAN NOT be used via WOU campus Wifi network
in the traditional way (via 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi
connectivity on same wifi network) but could be
set up for "Access point mode"  which would be a
connection solely between printer and an iOS
device, or via USB or card reader access, etc. 
When it is delivered, the UCS tech needs to
explain the difference and help with initial
configuration to their device. They have indicated
that they most likely will use via iPad, USB or SD
card.
