Michael Soukup told me to have her try different internet bowers to see if that helps. She said that she is having the same problem on firefox 
and internet explorer.

Hi, 

This morning, Tim from UCS came over to uninstall and reinstall Java on my computer to see if that helps my Banner from logging out.  Well, it 
just logged out.  

Any assistance, will be greatly appreciated.

uninstall and reinstalled java. Will call back to
see if it fixed it.

uninstalled and reinstalled.

Hi, 

My Banner continuously logs me out of Banner 
and gives me this message: 

Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working 
correctly.  Windows will close the program and 
notify you if a solution is available.  

Close program

Any assistance, would be greatly appreciated.
