Tried typing in the serial number for it and it 
said something like 'engine could not be 
installed'

I reinstalled it and typed in the serial number 
again and it started working!

Hello,

The Screenflow on our faculty lab Mac is saying we 
haven't purchased it. The number of the computer is 
20130431[Edit Inv]. Could you look into this please?
