fixed, right click on desktop, go to personalize,
disable and enabled the recycling bin icon.

Marsha would like some help with her recycling 
bin. It is no longer on her desktop and when 
she goes to add it back it says it is full and 
will not allow her to put it back. She is 
available anytime except from 12-1
