I uninstall her internet explorer and reinstall it
back, then i run windows update on her system.
Also i think the computer hasnt been restated for
long time so the windows update that was installed
is  probably not active on her computer.

Just thought I'd let you know - while someone came
and did something with the computer and said the
problem was fixed, it's not.  During each of the
last three days, the message has reappeared and
Banner has shut down on me each time.

She has updated java on her computer, i did
windows update and also install silver-light,
shockwave and adobe flash-player.

Yesterday it kicked me out at least 4 times and this morning it did 
it already within a 1/2 hour of starting up my computer.

I am available today and tomorrow, afternoons only (after 1:30).

At least once a day, sometimes more, I'll be working in Banner and I get 
the following message:

JAVA (TM) Web Launcher has stopped working - a problem caused the 
program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and 
notify you if a solution is available.

And then Banner shuts down on me and I have to log back in.  Is this 
just happening to me or is this a known problem?
