I just met him in AD. He was saying to me he has
some issue opening some word file. He couldn't
explain properly. 

He wants someone to be there at 3:15.

His office was acting wired. So I installed it
again but that also had some issue. And then I
installed 2016 Office which also took a long time
to install but it finally worked.

Also helped one more guy in football with the same
issue. 

One more guy has issue with I drive. Fixed that too.

Glen is having problems with his computer. Overall 
it is not working properly, for example Microsoft 
office will not pull up. He is in the football 
office conference room number 128.
