Scratch that last memeo, I went over and 2 ports 
that they were not using were already activated. 
It seemed that was the main issue. Told him to 
contact us if he had any other problems

Talked to Trey and it seems that his machine 
doesnt have a hard wire connection.  There also 
aren't a lot of ports activated in that room, so, 
I'll talk to Paul about activating some.
