Shirley has a laptop W# 20120621[Edit Inv] that keeps freezing. It 
froze 6 times yesterday and 2 times today. She would like 
for someone to come take a look at it. She in in the 
student health and counseling center room 102 at the 
nurses station. She is available all day except from 1 to 
2.
