Went to update browser but still is "Searching
DB"...this happens in firefox.  Chrome is working
for her though.  problem with firefox and degree
work?

Sue called saying that when she goes to Degree Works and enters a 
student V# it says "searching database". Michael Soukup says to 
send a tech over to update their web browser and that should fix 
the issue. Sue is available at 8:30 on 8/26.
