This was because of a lot of user in that machine.
Removing users solved it.

I asked Johnathan for who I can remove. Also did
all the updates. The computer is running fast too now.

The Mac will not let anyone log in. They said it
does bring up an error but they could not remember
error and was not next to the machine.
