I got it re-imaged.  Ranjit set the wallpaper and 
returned it on 9/27/2016.

Hello, 
I'm prepping the Special Education iPads to go out
this week. I had them up to your offices for
annual updating in early August, which included an
iOS 9.xxx update. Since then, Apple has come out
with iOS 10.  The iPads are allowing me to update
the iOS to 10. 

However, I'm discovering a few inconsistencies
with App versions, for which a tech needs to
provide the UCS password.

20121167[Edit Inv] ("copy 2"): I think this one needs a full
image redo. Several programs are missing: Citrix
Quick Edit, FollowMee, Pictello, JAMF Self Service
Mobile. Also, the Proloquo2Go program is v 4.1
rather than 4.3.  (This is the major program used
by the SpEd students.)

20121177[Edit Inv] ("c. 15"): this does not have Citrix
Quick Edit installed. 

I believe there are only three iPads where the
JAMF Self Service Mobile App is connected to a
server. The three are 20121155[Edit Inv], 20121168[Edit Inv],  and
20121170[Edit Inv]  (copies 11, 24, & 23) On these three
iPads, the SSM app has the Microsoft Remote
Desktop--VPP App available in the library for
installation. 
(I do currently have three iPads running iOS
updates, so some of them could also have the SSM
app connected to a server) 

Some general questions about this current image: 
1) Should the Microsoft Remote Desktop-VPP app
have some configuration that comes with it, such
as to wouvdi.wou.edu?  There is no configuration
set up. 
2) Is UCS actively using the Self Service App? If
so, what should I expect regarding it? 

If possible, I would prefer that a tech comes here
and does updates without taking most of the
tablets (with the exception of 210121167 that need
a full image redo). I am available Tuesday from 10
a.m. on.
