We talked to Jose and he was working.  They got 
his code setup in the copier and the computer.  
We also talked to the office admin and she said 
the only other person having issue was Patricia.  
We got her up and running.  It was a stuck print 
job in the print queue.

The printer was installed on his machine but the code wasn't 
entered for the copier which was the issue.

All the new employees code hasn't been put into the copier.
The lady in the main office is doing that right now.

I entered code on his machine but the test print is left to do.

Hi Ranjit,

been teaching until now. I am in my office now and

To whom it may concern,

I am a newbie in the Modern Languages 
Department and I tried to print out via HU-
Copier located in the third floor of HSS but my 
files did not go through at all. Do I need to 
set up my account or request any approval of 
permission? I look forward to hearing from you.
