Everything looks good. Many application were
opened that might be the reason. When I used it
looked pretty good.

After doing all the test. She was saying it's only
Office. So I have asked her to use it for few days
and test is the computer is still slow and also if
it's just office or the whole computer.

She is having issues with her Mac computer 
running slow when using different apps. 
Also would like to update her computer.
