are running great now:)

Went down and gave it a new wiper blade and
maintenance kit. Needed it. Didn't make any weird
noises while I was down there. Still printing a
little bit of black spots. Going down tomorrow to
see if I can clear that out. If not calling Xerox
b/c it may still have a print head issue.

Alyssa from the library info desk called saying 
that printer in the Ref group #3 was having paper 
jams all morning and when they shut it off it made 
a weird noise. WOU# 20130046[Edit Inv]
