he wasn't scrolling through his contact pages 
in gmail. He wanted to drag his documents into 
folders without the folders opening when you 
drop it in. That was a very specific setting 
that I don't think is possible

Ike called with a couple problems with his computer WOU# 
20140662. One issue he is having is when he goes to his contacts 
under his email, not all of them are showing up. He does not know 
how to change his settings to find the rest of his contacts. His 
other issue is that when he clicks and drags a file to a folder, 
he can not get his finger off of the file fast enough for it to 
not open. He believes there is a setting to fix this. He is 
available until 12 today, or tomorrow, 9/30, at 9.
