The class is in ITC 303 WOU# 20140265[Edit Inv]
(workstation 8). We also teach in 311 in other
terms. If it is possible could we have the same
thing in ITC 311 WOU#20120198[Edit Inv]

Hello,

I am teaching a lab class that has a remote student enrolled in it. During
these labs students are paired programming with another student in the
class. In order to get this student involved it is important to set up a
zoom meeting before class starts so there is a seamless transition into the
class. We have tried getting the student set up after class has begun but
this ends up taking about twenty minutes leaving the students feeling rushed
and with bad attitudes. The down side to setting up before class is I must
log into the computer with my login. I am really worried about the security
concerns implicated with this. I was hoping you could provide a new login
that is not associated with a student or faculty member. If this approach is
not possible then a local account on one of the machines in both of the lab
classes would also work. The only program they need access to is BlueJ and
some kind of text editor. I would really appreciate someone looking into
this for me.

Thank you,
Claire Mears
