I have a note to myself to check in with Beeb on
purchasing a new machine in one month. Closing
this ticket since the issue is resolved with a
loaner in place

The printer is also a goner. It a broken piece
inside and is not under Warranty. The education
department has an old one they gave us which I
will be giving NS if its still a good printer.

The computer is dead. I called beeb and told him
they will need to purchase him a new CPU. I have
put a loaner in place until he has the new one.

Hello UCS,

I was just wondering if y'all could take a look 
at my office computer (WOU# 20091307) located 
in room NS 113.  It just keeps restarting over 
and over and will not run.

Also, I have a printer (WOU# 20130455) issue in 
room NS 115b.  It was making a bad sound and 
then had a paper jam and that is when I noticed 
that it had turned into a 3-D printer and was 
printing out small gray rubber tracks!  I'm 
rather sure it needs those to stay on the 
inside but who knows.

Any help from your wonderful team of tech 
wizards would be much appreciated.

As always, I owe y'all a pizza.
