New toner and drum have been installed on Friday
of last week. Forgot to close the ticket. The
printer is printing great know.

The big printer #20160185[Edit Inv] located in RWEC #220 
is saying that it has an invalid drum and is 
not printing.

Would somebody be able to take a look at it?
