After I cleaned this out prints have been fine and
no explosions yet. They want to keep printing
until the issue happens again since the toner
still has a good amount in it.

They have not installed a new toner or drum
cartridge since mid 2015. This information was
found on the supplies sheet. This machine is a
high capacity printer which is made for a lot of
printing. The Ink has gone bad and dried up which
caused it to explode. I have vacuumed the printer
out and it is working okay for now. The ink will
explode again. Seen it a thousand times. I have
emailed Kathy with this information and asked her
to purchase new ink and drum cartridge.

The West House printer, located in West House 101 (WOU 
#20120404) is printing very poorly--toner smeared all over the 
pages.  Please let me know if you need further information.  I 
can be the contact, and I am here until 5:00 today and back at 
8:00 tomorrow.
