and javas that list issues with the Java applet 
crashing in Safari.

Java is updated and is working. Made sure Flash,
Java, Shockwave, Silverlight is working and
updated the Browser.

so she updated her mac to Sierra today in the
morning. Might be that's the issue.

Julia says that her banner keeps crashing and the 
error she gets is "java applet quit unexpectedly"
