Figured out how to print, the computer still seems
to need updates and often says secure connection
failed.

Updated the computer running Office 2007.  I 
talked to Dave M. about the files that were 
coming is as 0 file size.  All of the file issue 
look to be related to the user dellostm as well 
as the ones that were not opening.
