Laptop w#20150176[Edit Inv] It wasn't the speaker, her
laptop fan  was going up and down. Researching
online this is a common complaint. Looking into it
to see if there is a fix

Jennie said that is sounds static and she checked
to make sure everything was plugged in correctly.
Moved it a couple days ago. Said it sounds like
the ocean.
