Done! I updated the whole software in the cloud
but InDesign did not update, and i tried it
multiple time but it did not work. I then
uninstall and reinstall it back, after which it
works.

Good morning,

I'm sure you love hearing from Student Media about our 
Creative Cloud woes (can you sense my sarcasm?), but I seem to 
have one more issue. Computer number 20140647[Edit Inv] in room 001 at 
Terry House won't open up InDesign, which is the one program 
that station needs to use. It should just need to be 
reinstalled, as the rest of the Adobe CC suite seems to work 
fine.
